Which payment methods do you accept?

Life On Autopilot accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases: (1) visa (2) mastercard (3) american express (5) discover (6) paypal Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement.
If payment is not accepted online, please contact your bank for approval of your transaction or select an alternate form of payment. Please note that your billing address, phone number, and email must match the information on your credit card statement.
PayPal is not an acceptable form of payment on Made to Order items.

When will my credit card be charged?

Items Available Now: To accommodate payment authorization and packaging, please allow up to two business days to obtain shipping information. Your credit card will not be charged at the time you submit your order but will be authorized for $0.00 or $1.00 for verification purposes. The transaction will be charged to your credit card after we have verified your card details, received credit authorization, confirmed availability and prepared your order for shipping.

Items Available for Backorder/Pre-order: Item(s) that are not immediately available will be placed on a priority waiting list and are estimated to ship with free ground service during delivery window provided. Please be aware that they may arrive sooner or later than anticipated. Your credit card will not be charged at the time you submit your order but will be authorized for $0.00 or $1.00 for verification purposes. The transaction will be charged to your credit card after we have received your selection from production and prepared your order for shipping.
Made to order items require a full upfront payment in order to be processed. Once the order is received on lifeonautopilot.com, the Life On Autopilot Online Sales team will contact you to confirm the order and process the payment.

Will I be charged sales tax?

Life On Autopilot charges applicable state, local and county taxes on online transactions. Your on-screen total reflects estimated tax. The actual sales tax will be calculated when your order is shipped and may vary from the estimated tax.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Preorders and Backorders (except personalized or made-to-order) that have not yet shipped can be cancelled by contacting LOA via email at hello@lifeonautopilot.com. Orders for items immediately available cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been successfully submitted.

Shipping & Coverage

For the new release of the First Class Collection please allow up to 12 weeks for delivery. P.O. boxes are not allowed for delivery.

Life on Autopilot will insure all packages. Purchasers are required to sign for all products at the time of delivery. If the package is unable to be delivered by the delivery company (FedEx or UPS) within the ‘holding period’, your payment will be refunded minus fees.
